Why Low Carbohydrate Diets Work

Welcome! This site explains why low carbohydrate diets work... and why they work better than low calorie diets.

Here is the argument, in a nutshell...

This is what everyone is taught:

Eating Less Exercising More Weight Loss

This approach seems obvious enough. But, surprisingly, it doesn't work for most of us...

We believe this explanation is better:

Eating More Fat/Protein and Less Carbohydrate Controls Hormones Weight Loss

Preposterous?

We thought so, too, at first. How could eating foods like bacon and steak possibly help you lose weight? Well, it turns out they do. Bacon, unbelievably, is actually a health food. This site will make the case why. It gets a little technical. But the ideas are too important to sugar-coat. (And, frankly, we don't believe in sugar-coating anything.)

What is this site?

We are a free informational resource - independently owned and not affiliated with any company or product. Our site argues for and expands upon an alternative theory about weight loss that promotes low carb diets. This theory is called the Lipophilia Hypothesis.

Enjoy the website! We hope it can help people.
